This principle is a means of defense of action and COMPULSORY observance for AUTHORITIES of fundamental rights protected by the Constitution of Ecuador (art. 396, 397). ¿Como se aplica esto al caso flotas pesqueras en Galápagos?

Las autoridades competentes DEBEN realizar una rápida evaluación de riesgo y gravedad de daño. Pueden proceder a la protección inmediata de Galápagos, sin necesidad de tener pruebas científicas absolutas de este daño. Ya se ha tenido suficiente evidencia para que entre en vigencia este principio.

Principio de Precaución

¿Qué es?

Este principio es un medio de defensa de acción y observancia OBLIGATORIA para AUTORIDADES de los derechos fundamentales amparado por la constitución del Ecuador (art. 396, 397). En cuanto a los derechos de la naturaleza. El Gobierno tiene potestad de actuar ante un problema que genera impacto ambiental, sin necesidad de contar con base científica absoluta.
