SOS Galápagos started in 2017 as a project for the protection of the fragile ecosystem of the Galápagos Archipelago. Illicit fishing activities are happening within and near the Galapagos Marine Reserve that go against the principles of the Galápagos conservation efforts. We believe our local and governmental authorities and our community will do as much as they can to protect and preserve sharks in the Galápagos Marine Reserve. Here is our English-language version of the official #SOSGalapagos video from September 2017
